Use of theBrewHQ and its underlying GoHighLevel infrastructure is subject to the following acceptable use terms. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited uses
You may not use theBrewHQ to:
Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS (spam)
Harvest, collect, or scrape contact information without consent
Impersonate any person, business, or entity
Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive marketing practices
Violate any applicable law or regulation, including CASL, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization
Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
SMS and email compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your SMS and email marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining proper consent from recipients. theBrewHQ does not review outbound messaging for compliance and is not liable for messages sent from your account.
Platform usage
Accounts showing unusual or excessive usage that degrades service for other users may be reviewed. theBrewHQ reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in excessive use at its sole discretion.
